Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour (120g)

1/4 cup Plant Bake Protein Powder

2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Baking Soda

Pinch of Salt

275 ml Pant Milk

70ml Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp Oil
-
Raisins
To serve:

Plum Compote

Apple Sauce
Instructions:
- Mix all wet ingredients and all dry ingredients and then combine into a thick batter
- Heat up a tablespoon of vegetable oil or vegan butter and pour in all the batter
- Once it's slightly brown on one side add some raisins on top and flip the pancake. Let it bake for a few minutes on the other side.
- Break the pancake apart in the pan with the wooden spoon.
- To serve: place on a plate next to apple mousse and/or plum compote and sprinkle with powdered Sugar.
