Most vegans are probably very familiar with hummus! It’s a vegan staple but if you’re looking for a way to bulk it up with extra protein, Green Boy Products single-ingredient, and flavorless protein powder is the way to go.
Base Hummus Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup tahini

2 cloves of garlic

2-3 tbsp of olive oil

1 tsp of salt

1 tbsp sriracha

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 cup Green Boy Products chickpea protein powder

Reserve water from can of chickpeas
Base Hummus Recipe
Drain chickpeas (no need to rinse), saving the liquid from the can of chickpeas. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If more liquid is needed, add in the liquid from the chickpeas teaspoon by teaspoon.
