OATMEAL PROTEIN BROWNIES

We won’t judge if you call it breakfast oats. Try this super simple 3 step, protein oatmeal brownie recipe.

Ingredients: 

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Green Boy plant-based protein
  • 1/3 cup Cacao
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bar of chocolate
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup black coffee



1 Preheated oven to 350F (175°)

2 Mix all wet ingredients

3 Add all dry ingredients. (we used the Yellow Pea Protein)

4 Mix and pour into baking shape

5 Bake for 40-45 minutes

6 Pro-Tip: Enjoy warm with vanilla yoghurt/ice-cream and/or fruit topping
