Ingredients:
- 1 can of pinto/black/kidney beans
- 3 tbsp plant based milk
- 1 tbsp Mung Bean Protein Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- clove of minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Over medium heat mix Vegetable Oil, minced garlic cumin and chili powder in the pan and cook until it starts to smell delicious.
- Add the beans to the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, dissolve the Mung Bean Protein Powder in the Plant-Based Milk.
- Add your protein mixture to your bean mix and cook on low heat until the mixture becomes chunky, creamy.
- Enjoy.
