The Classic: Protein Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas (half liquid drained)
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (1 1/2 small lemons)
  • 3 small cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Green Boy Protein / Olive Oil Mix (dissolve 1 tbsp protein powder in 1 tbsp olive oil)
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and start by adding only half of the water.
  2. Blend and add more water until smooth and creamy.
  3. Dip with your favorite crackers or add as a spread on your sandwiches, burgers or wraps.
