- 1 15-ounce can chickpeas (half liquid drained)
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (1 1/2 small lemons)
- 3 small cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 Tbsp Green Boy Protein / Olive Oil Mix (dissolve 1 tbsp protein powder in 1 tbsp olive oil)
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and start by adding only half of the water.
- Blend and add more water until smooth and creamy.
- Dip with your favorite crackers or add as a spread on your sandwiches, burgers or wraps.
